Diversity takes centre stage as Black History Month closes

There was a fitting end to Black History Month with visible celebration of our diverse community. This year’s theme was “Proud to be” and Deputy Head Boy, Mohamado, used this as inspiration to encourage pupils to reflect on what makes them proud, and to celebrate this with a smiling portrait taken by Ms Ragusa. These were collated into a fantastic display. There is more to come as Mohamado hopes to bring Kay Rufai’s, Smiling Boys project to The Charter School Bermondsey…. Click link below for full bulletin.
