Community Action Days!

On 24 and 25 July 2014, Compass School Southwark held two community action days to help refurbish our school building and grounds. For two days, we opened our doors to the community, with staff, students, local residents and businesses all participating.

We had two great days and the transformation was remarkable! Thank you to Tesco who provided a BBQ for the two days and refreshments to keep everyone’s energy up. Tesco also brought a team of around 20 volunteers to help us – what a difference it made! We would also like to thank Carrillion who donated tools and staff, and thank you to Speedy Hire who provided power tools to help clear our gardens more quickly.
