Welcome to Compass!

Congratulations on your child being offered a place at Compass School Southwark. We can’t wait to welcome you and your child into our aspirational learning community.

Compass School Southwark was set up in 2013 with the ambition to become an outstanding local school. In a short space of time, Compass School has already become the school of choice for many families in our local community, and we are providing a unique education to the children that we serve, in a small school setting.

A fantastic time to join us

This is a great time to be joining our school. We recently had our Ofsted “Good” status confirmed. Our new state-of-the-art building is nearly complete ready for occupation this summer. Your child will have access to the very best of facilities in which to experience our exciting and demanding curriculum offer.

Compass School is also working closely with The Charter School’s Educational Trust with a view to becoming part of their family. They are a small, local trust, with outstanding schools and excellent 6th Forms. Most importantly, they share our values for an aspirational and inclusive education, grounded in the communities that we serve.

I hope you enjoy your time with us at Compass and starting with our transition activities over the the coming months. Read all about these in our Transition Pamphlet.

With very best wishes from all at Compass School Southwark.

“You all saw Compass for what it really was, a community rather than just a building.”
